Christchurch International Airport Update:

Flights starting to resume

26 July 2011 | Pacific Blue (DJ9284) and Singapore Airlines (SQ297) have now arrived in Christchurch. The first Air New Zealand flight is scheduled to depart at 10am. More flights will resume as ice is cleared from around the departure gates. Please check with your airline before you travel to the airport. Roads in Christchurch are icy, so motorists are advised to take extreme care. The airport terminal remains open.
