RF Wireless Technology

SB has made a significant investment in radio frequency (RF) wireless technology to ensure an even higher level of accuracy within the warehouse is achieved. Not only does RF technology improve accuracy when picking orders, cycle counting and receipting into the warehouse, RF enables SB to report real-time data via the online Web Portal for its customers.

KPI Reporting

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are an essential tool to ensure high performance levels are monitored and achieved. It also becomes a critical tool as part of SB’s account management with clients to ensure customer expectations are met and visibility of SB’s performance is achieved.

To follow is an example of SB’s KPI reporting data:

• Net Inventory Accuracy
• Gross Inventory Accuracy
• Number of orders Picked, Packed & Shipped in Full On Time (SIFOT)
• Units Receipted into the Warehouse
